How do I attend a webinar?

If you’re looking to attend a webinar, you can do so by following these simple steps:

  1. Register for the event by filling out the online form on the Registration page
  2. 5-10 minutes before the webinar begins, click on the event link mailed to you.
  3. You’ll be taken to the event social lounge and wait for the event to start.

I can’t find the link to a webinar I'm attending. How do I find it?

The link to the login page should be sent to you in a confirmation email once you register. On the day of the webinar, about 15 minutes before the webinar, you will be able to login to the webinar from this page. You will need to enter your name and email address that you registered with.

How long is a webinar?

All of our webinars are 60 minutes which consists of a presentation/discussion and Q & A session.

Once the webinar is over, will I have access to the materials and recording?

Cogoport is proud to offer the opportunity to watch recordings on the platform. Participants can watch and interact with these recordings at a time most convenient to them. 

Depending on the Speaker presentation slides may be available.

What are the technical requirements to participate?

To access the webinar, delegates will need the following:

  • A computer
  • Google Chrome browser
  • Internet Access (either cable or wireless)
  • Headphones or speakers
  • You must have Javascript and Cookies enabled to access this webcast.
Can the audience talk during the webinar?

Yes, the audience can chat with the presenter or moderator during the webinar via the Chat or Questions tab. Attendees can submit their questions real-time during the webinar.

How do attendees submit a question?

If attendees have a question to ask during a webinar they can submit their question on events@cogoport.com or ask real-time during the session.

I can't make the webinar at the scheduled time. Can I view the session at a later time?

Yes, we will be recording the webinar and will post the video recording afterwards. We'll send out an email to all registrants 1-2 business days after the webinar with a link to the video.


Why does Event require sign-up?

In order to register for the event, you need to sign-up to receive further information regarding the event.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes, once we have processed your registration, a confirmation mail detailing your registration will be sent.

How much does it cost to attend?

Event prices are based on the event and registration type. Please review the event page for specific prices.

Do I need to bring my registration confirmation to the meeting?

Having your confirmation mail is mandatory.
