How do I attend a webinar?

If you’re looking to attend a webinar, you can do so by following these simple steps:

  1. Register for the event by filling out the online form on the Registration page.
  2. 5-10 minutes before the webinar begins, click on the event link mailed to you.
  3. You’ll be taken to the event social lounge and wait there for the event to start.

I can’t find the link to a webinar I'm attending. How do I find it?

The link to the login page should be sent to you in a confirmation email once you register. On the day of the webinar, about 15 minutes before it starts, you will be able to login from this page. You need to enter your name and email address that you registered with.

If you’re still unable to find the link to the webinar, you can send a mail to marketing@cogoport.com

How long is a the webinar?

All of our webinars are of 60 minutes duration, consisting of a presentation/discussion and a Q & A session.

Once the webinar is over, will I have access to the materials and webinar video?

Cogoport is proud to offer the opportunity to watch the webinar videos on the platform. Participants can watch and interact with these educational materials at a time convenient to them.

Depending on the speaker, presentation slides may be available.

What are the technical requirements to participate?

To access the webinar, delegates need the following:

  • A computer.
  • Google Chrome browser.
  • Internet access (either cable or wireless).
  • Headphones or speakers.
  • You must have Javascript and Cookies enabled to access this webcast.
Can the audience talk during the webinar?

Yes, the audience can either drop their inquiries in the chat section and our team will answer those, or customers can raise their hands in the QnA session and we will pick customers one by one.

How do attendees submit a question?

Ifattendees have questions to ask during a webinar, they can submit them at marketing@cogoport.comor ask real-time during the session via chat or raising hand at the end of thesession.

I can't make it to the webinar at the scheduled time. Can I view the session at a later time?

Yes, we will record the webinar and post iton the platform in some time after presenting it. We'll send out an email toall the registrants in 1 - 2 business days after the webinar witha link to the video.


Why does Event require sign-up?

In order to register for the event, you need to sign-up to receive further information regarding the event.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes, once we have processed your registration, a confirmation mail detailing your registration will be sent.

How much does it cost to attend?

Event prices are based on the event and registration type. Please review the event page for specific prices.

Do I need to bring my registration confirmation to the meeting?

Having your confirmation mail is mandatory.
